Danhostel Stevns is a welcoming and cozy hostel. We are a homely sanctuary with space for everyone. Located in beautiful Stevns, surrounded by scenic landscapes and close to Stevns Klint, a UNESCO World Heritage site, we are the ideal starting point for exploring this historic and nature-rich part of Denmark.
Classic Hostel atmosphere
At Danhostel Stevns, we combine the classic hostel atmosphere with modern conveniences. We have carefully updated the facilities with creative solutions while maintaining the cozy and informal atmosphere that characterizes Danhostel Stevns.
Here you will find relaxed common areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable rooms, providing the perfect setting for a pleasant stay. Whether you are here to hike, cycle, explore local attractions, or simply enjoy the peace and community, Danhostel Stevns is the perfect place to feel at home. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available.
Social Enterprise
Danhostel Stevns is a social enterprise with room for everyone – owned by Kilden STU and Botilbud. Kilden STU provides education for young people with special needs, focusing on care, specialized teaching, and personal development. Our students are between 16-25 years old and include young people with autism, mental vulnerability, and learning difficulties.
Accommodation at Danhostel Stevns
We have 68 beds distributed across 16 rooms and 2 cabins. The two cabins and 5 rooms do not have en-suite bathrooms but are bright and equipped with a sink and 2 comfortable box beds.
4 of our rooms are of a slightly higher standard and include 4 bunk beds, 2 box beds, a separate bathroom and toilet, and underfloor heating.
In 3 of our rooms, dogs are very welcome; these rooms also have a bathroom and toilet.

The area is ideal for cycling tours. We are located on the Copenhagen – Berlin and Bed and Bike routes, as well as several other beautiful areas suitable for cycling.
Danhostel Stevns offers covered bike parking. Danhostel Stevns aims to be a place where we can meet and where we provide top service to all our guests.
